The hotel is located in a trendy area with great restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and had basic amenities.

Noise from the surroundings can be a bit disturbing at times.

The staff were extremely helpful with directions on where to get groceries etc and parking was secure and cheap for the closeness to the city $20 where else can you get that.

Just a walk down to Mad Pizza e Bar, where you can have lunch. The hotel was situated just next door the Hay Street bus stop, just 5 minutes walking distance. This venue provided parking. We loved staying at City Crown.

The hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and affordable, especially considering the trendy Surry Hills location. The hotel staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the room, like the clean bed and fresh linen, were satisfactory. We also appreciated having a balcony, which provided a lovely outdoor area for relaxation.

Room was not cleaned properly,air conditioner was filthy,windows were dirty light fittings all needed cleaning the bathroom air vent was full of dirty fluff and basin and fittings were not cleaned properly the room was in need of a coat of paint

I recently stayed at a hotel in this city and it was fantastic! The location is extremely convenient, close to public transportation and within walking distance of trendy cafes and restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the spacious bathroom with good pressured hot water. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering assistance whenever I needed it. this hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay in a great location.

Tv reception was terrible. No digital tv. Air conditioners needed cleaning so they didn't work very well. Photos on website made it look nicer than it was.

the motel's location was ideal, with easy access to various restaurants and shops. the staff was very responsive and accommodating to my needs. They even offered complimentary Wi-Fi, which was a huge advantage during my work trip.

Old and Run-Down Rooms the room I stayed in was quite outdated. the furniture, paint, and plumbing looked old and worn out.

The hotel offered coffee and tea making facilities in the room, which was a great way to start off each morning of my Easter weekend trip. the location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were also friendly and offered helpful suggestions for things to do in the area.

The room was old and had a strong smell of dampness, which detracted from my overall experience. the room lacked basic amenities such as shampoo and a blanket for the bed.

Located near Central Railway Station, this budget motel in the heart of downtown Sydney is perfect for those wanting to stay in the Surrey Hills area. the State Theatre is also minutes away, as well as an array of bars, restaurants, and shops. the staff is welcoming and accommodating, with clean and tidy rooms complete with comfortable beds. Enjoy the convenience of secure parking onsite, as well as a shuttle service to the airport.
